The Rene-Philippe Developer Test

Use the Rene Philippe Developer Test prior to purchase a real estate property. The Rene Philippe Developer Test is the only "Do It Yourself" test to check the reliability of a Developer before to purchase real estate property. The Rene Philippe Developer Test is based on 5 criteria which enable buyers to assess developers' reliability. It is based on five simple criteria and work like a score card. If the developer scores from 40 to 75 points you can buy. If the developer scored less than 40 points then it means that the developer is developing its project against the odds and you are taking a risk and should seriously reconsider whether to buy. Renowned developers like Raimon Land, Sansiri, Golden Land Property, Natural Park, to name a few, all scored 75-point mark and easily pass the test.
